I`m gonna declare bankruptcy

I`m i`n the process of filing bankruptcy, can I loose my house if I owe the bank who holds my mortgage money. My mortgage is up to date and so are my utilities.

This will really depend on the value of your house vs. the amount of your mortgage. The best thing for you to do is to bring this information to a local trustee, have them review it in detail and then they will be in a position to advise you if the house is at risk or not.
