Bill C 12 in light of elections

in light of the fact that the Parlament has been dissolved and new elections called, what will happan with the Bill C-12 unproclaimed sections? could they after teh elections be proclaimed in force by Minister or the Parlament has star all over again (readings, etc.).

The election will have no impact of the substance of the law – it has been passed. As to when the rest of gets enacted, well that is another matter entirely… we were hoping to see most of it by the end of the year. Now, well we don’t really know…
