Are credit cards allowed during bankrupcy?

As a undischarged bankrupt am I allowed to get a secured credit card? I need it to cover travel expenses for my job.

There is no problem with you getting a secured credit card, the only obligation you must fulfill is that you have to disclose the fact you are an undischarged bankrupt when applying for the card.
