Can I

I am an undischarged bankrupt with approx 6 months to go, and have an opportunity to invest as a partner in the real estate market to get back on my feet.

May I do this?

You may, BUT where is the money you plan on investing coming from? If someone gives you a gift you are required to disclose it to your truste and it will likely be seized for the benefit of your creditors. If you plan on borrowing the funds you are required to disclose the fact that you are an undisclosed bankrupt (which usually deters people from lending to you).

Be careful – any deal that sounds too good to be true probably is. Before you invest take a good long look at the deal to detremine hwo many ways it can go wrong and what will happen to you if it does.
