court fine

I was recently given a ticket for driving without insurance max fine up to 5000. I am a student and if I am charged this I will not have any income. Does Bankruptcy take care of a fine like this?

Court fines or penalties are one of the few things that cannot be released by filing a bankruptcy in Canada. So the filing of a bankruptcy will not release you from a ticket of this nature.
