The easiest way to keep a house is to look into the filing of a consumer proposal as opposed to a bankruptcy.

This isn’t to say it is impossible to keep a house with a bankruptcy, just that it can be more difficult. The best thing for you to do is to contact a local trustee and they will be able to look at your situation in more depth and help to determine whether or not the house is at risk.
