After my husband left me he claimed bankruptcy which forced me into it 6 months later. I was discharged after 9 months, he was discharged after 1 year. He just recieved his pension into a RSP am I still entitled to half of it?

A licensed trustee said...

That’s a question for your divorce lawyer, not a trustee. Under Family Law you are probably entitled to something, but you’ll need to speak to a family lawyer to determine what that is.
