Applying for bankruptcy with several loans…

Hi there.

I have had several student loans for each part of three degrees with each loan being at a different period. I finished the third in October of 2002 and was in school for another part in September of 2005 but did not finish and left after a few weeks due to not having the funds to continue. With the new seven year period approaching for being able to include student loans in bankruptcy, would I be able to include all the loans previous to the short-term class time in 2005 or do I have to wait seven years from September 2005?!

Any information you are able to provide is greatly appreciated and thank you!

This 7 years is counted from the date you last attended school. So you would be looking at seven years form September 2005. At that point you could consider either filing a bankruptcy or a proposal.
