what if iam the one going bankrupt and is the guarantor on the motgage and the title is in my wifes name

If you have never been on title (or have been off title for the last 5 years) there shouldn’t be any issues – just make ceratin you discuss the house in detail with your trustee before you file for bankruptcy.
