OSAP

I graduated from College this year and have a $30 000 OSAP debt. I have very little saved. I was hoping to find a job fast but unfortunately did not. My situation in life changed and now I need to move back to another coundtry for quite some time if not forever, I will still be coming to Canada but not for long enough to work here and pay off the loan that way. The country I am going into is rather poor and nomater how much I work there I will not be able to earn enough for the loan. Is bankruptcy an option for me? what do I lose in Canada if I file for bankruptcy?

Bankruptcy may be able to assist you with whatever other debts youhave, but it will not help you with your student loans until you have been out of school for at least 10 years.
