A licensed trustee said...

Under normal ciorcumstance, no a trsutee cannot put restrictions on your bank account. In fact once you file no one should be able to “play” with your account – a bank can close your account if they want to, but they have no right to put a freeze on it.

If you are experiencing problems with your account you should speak to your trustee.
