early discharge

If I am currently in bankruptcy can I get a loan to pay out the trustee before the nine months? Can I get an early discharge by doing so? This is my first bankruptcy.

Nine months is the earliest you can be discharged. While a court application can be made requesting a discharge earlier it is really pointless as you will not have been able to complete your obligation to send 9 monthly income and expense statements to your trustee, so even if a discharge was requested you would not be eligible.
