Whos best interest?
I find your site very helpfull, and I feel more comfortable making the decision to see a trustee. The one thing that bothers me is that it seems that the more money a trustee can get out of you or things they can seize, the more money they make. How can they advise you in your best interest?

That’s a very good question – you need to think of your trustee as a referee. We are obliged to make certain you understand the rules and then that they are applied fairly. A trustee cannot tell you how to break or even bend the rules – you need to speak to a lawyer if you want that kind of advice.
