refusal of banckruptcy

Hello

I was wondering if my OSAP loan is 10 years old now and if I have to file for a banckruptcy now, is there any way that i won`t get a discharge or my application gets refused?

Thanks.

The rules surrounding student loans are pretty simple when more than 10 years has elapsed since you last attended school. The key to it all is time frame, as long as the required 10 years has expired you shouldn’t have any issues.

Having said this, it is best to contact a local trustee and review with them all the details surrounding your schooling, just to ensure that everthing will go according to plan.
