im considering filing for personal backrupcy , will my rrsp be taken, i have then with the bank, also can they touch my assets at home, it mostly credit card and a personal line of credit with the bank
if my rrsp will be touched can i remove them?

The answer to many of these questions is will be based on the exemptions that will be available in the province you live. To discuss these exemption limits in detail you are best to contact a local trustee .

However, in most cases your RRSP’s are lost unless you file a proposal. By filing a proposal you may find that you can both avoid a bankruptcy and potentially keep the investments.
