My first question: do you own the business? If you do and you file for bankruptcy it may very well be affected.

Generally speaking, as long as you maintain car lease payments you should be able to keep the car.

Use the links on this page to find a trustee in your area and ask them about your busines – that is more likely to cause problems than the car…
