Paying Bills while Bankrupt

My family resides in Ontario.

Let`s say that I have filed for bankrupcy.
I am NOT working, however, my wife is working. She decides to supply/pay me $600 per month to pay all the utility bills (5-7 bills)via WEB-BANKING. Is that okay to do, or does my wife have to set up her own WEB-BANKING acct, just in case either the Trustee or Creditor take the money from my bank acct ?

No one is going to simply take the money from your acount after you file for bankruptcy – not unless you tell them to.

If you’re concerned about how you plan to handle your finances after you file (for bankruptcy) make certain you discuss thsi with your trustee before you file – then there won’t be any surprises. I can’t think of any reason why thsi would get you into trouble…
