The new proposed law

Can you please explain to me how to go about to get a relief from this situation:
I ceased to be student in 1997…declared bankruptcy in 2002. Can I get discharge from my huge student loan.

A licensed trustee said...

You need to contact either the trustee that handled your bankruptcy or an insolvency lawyer – they should be able to explain to you the procedure for bringing a motion to Court to have your student loans included in the bankruptcy that you completed in 2002.
