second bankruptcy still waiting for discharge

We filed for bankcruptcy on july 2001. We paid the trustee in full on 2003 to process the discharge. Ever since then we have not heard or received anything from the trustee. We have called and left messages to inquire about the discharge and no respond from the trustee. Is their anything we can do to find out if we are discharge?

If you are having trouble getting information from your trustee you can always try to either order information from court or contact the Superintendent of Bankruptcy office to see if they can help you obtain information.
