Requrements for bankruptcy ?

I am thinking about filing for personal bankruptcy, if things don`t change financially soon in my life.

My question is, what information should I have ready when I meet with my trustee, what should I bring with me ?

If you bring the following you will have most everything typically needed:
1. list of who you owe money to, or even better a copy of all your bills:
2. copy of your previous years tax return;
3. copy of a current pay stub;
4. details of any investments / pensions you may have;
5. a copy of a monthly budget (i.e. rough idea of what you spend and where each month).
If you bring this to a local trustee they will easily be able to explain how bankruptcy and the options to a bankruptcy will unfold.
