I`m on the border line of bankruptcy, I need a car, BADLY, can I purchase a car and them continue payments while all other dedts are filed for/under bankruptcy?

This is up to the person who lends you money as secured creditors technically operate outside of the bankruptcy process. Therefore the secured creditor must make the decision to whether or not they will allow you to continue to make payments on the vehicle. So the easy answer is ask them. Most will be able to give you a good idea s to their policies prior to making the purchase.
