Future student loans?

I have previous student loans that were paid off completely years ago. We were recently discharged from bankrtupcy and I am considering returning to school. Will the bankruptcy affect my ability to get student loans in the future? I am in Ontario.

The only way that your bankruptcy will have an impact on your student loans is via your credit history. You will have negative information listed on your credit history and this will be a hurdle that will have to be overcome, but no different than with any other creditor.
