I have stopped using all credit and making payments for 4 months – I have lost a 6 figure job – as well – CRA has aduited me for years 04/05 – The audit took place May 3/07 – They have all my doc’s and I have heard nothing from them – currently I owe CRA zero – but if they rule against me on some business transactions – I could then owe them $100K – I owe a substantial sum for other Unsecured debt (400K) and the pressure being placed on my numerous creditors is difficult – My question is – I am doing anything wrong to wait to speak to Trustee until CRA makes a decision?

While CRA will have no idea whether or not you have spoken with a Trustee, there is nothing wrong with ensuring that you are informed of and familiar with the options that you may be presented with.
