My father is declaring bankrupcy, i put my vehicle in his name for insurance reasons. I am transfering the truck to my name. Can they take my truck?

As long as you can demonstrate it was you who originally bought the truck, you who pays the insurance and that your father has no connection the the truck you shouldn’t have any difficulties.
