overseas pension

My husband is ex british military and has a pension which is secured overseas. Does this money have to be declared as income when he declares bankruptcy?

It most certainly does – any and all income must be disclosed if you file an assignment in bankruptcy. The Court does not differentiate between earned income (like a paycheque) and foreign pension income. Income is income is income…
