because of personal problem, can i go out of country during bankruptcy

There is nothing in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act that prevents you from travel of any sort (i.e. for recreation or migration purposes). The key thing is make sure a) that you keep your trustee informed and b) you ensure you keep up to date with the responsibilities associated with the bankruptcy (i.e. income and expense statements, payments, counselling sessions etc.).
