Marriage & Bankruptcy

I am going to be getting married in a few weeks, however my Fiance needs to file for personal bankruptcy. How will I be affected? Should he try and fill out all the paperwork before our wedding, or can it wait until afterward?

The timing doesn’t make any differenc as either way you will not be directly impacted by her bankruptcy. She will have a few duties and responsiblities that may require you support (i.e. yuo may have to help collect receipts for household purchares, etc.) but realistically her bankruptcy and her credit are her matters.
