Sorry, I have deliberately deleted 95% of this posting. The level of detail and the advice the poster was seeking is just too much for this kind of site.

What I suggest you do is contact a trustee in your area – send them an e-mail containing the same details you sent to us and they will respond to your questions point by point.

I realize you simply want to assist your clients, but this is not the proper venue for what it is you are trying to do.
