The only time you have to worry is if you are a director of a limited company and are looking to file a bankrutpcy. Otherwise you shouldn’t run into any difficulties.

However, I always recommend you sit down with a local trustee local trustee and review all the details surrounding your relationship to the company. This way you can ensure there is nothing that will cause you difficlties.
