A licensed trustee said...

Depending on what you own and where you live, your creditors may have a right to some of the things that you own. The best thing to do is to get some “local” advice regarding your situation. You may want to use the links on this page to find a trustee in your area or go to the yellowpages and look under the heading of “credit counsellors” if you don’t want to speak with a trustee.
