Obtaining your finiacial services licence

I have been discharged from bankruptcy for less than a year now. I want to obtain my license to be a financial services agent. Does my previous bankruptcy prevent me from obtaining the necessary license?

You should really be directing this question to the licencing body – I suggest you contact them directly so you don’t receive incorrect information from people like me.

As a general rule, if you have been discharged from bankruptcy then it should not cause a problem with your licence, but again, to be certain you should contact the licencing body.
