When you receive your absolute discharge in bankruptcy what happens to your records i.e. the credit bureau etcetera, and what freedom does this give you from that point on?

Your absolute discharge from bankruptcy means that all of the debts included in your bankruptcy are forgiven. A note will appear on your credit report indicating that you were bankrupt; from that point on you can begin saving money to rebuild your credit.
