live in girl fiends income

My girlfiend lives with me. I understand that i have to declare her income in my bankruptcy. she is not declaring. just me. Since her taxes were filed seperatly last year she gets baby bonus and gst back. My question is does this count as income under my bankruptcy and should it be claimed.

If you are claiming any portion of your girlfriends income then you must declare it all – that includes her GST cheques and her child tax benefit.
