Can I afford to go Bankrupt

I have 90k in debt and have not worked for 3 years. I have been spending savings and rrsp’s and been using my credit cards and line of credit.They are all maxed out and I have only a locked in 20k rrsp left. I just started a new job at 1k a month. Health and difficulty finding work have contributed to my situation. Is bankruptcy an option for me.

From the information you have provided t sounds like bankruptcy is your only option. I recommend contacting a trustee in you local area as soon as possible as your creditors will likely attempt to garnishee your wages as soon as they fund out you are employed.
