Vehicle

Hello,
I live in Saskatchewan. July 14, 2005 I declared personal bankruptcy.
I own a personal vehicle. Because I signed a Chattel Mortgage on it for a loan with Trans Canada Credit (now Wells Fargo), and Wells Fargo agreed not to reposess if I continued to pay my loan, I was allowed to keep the vehicle. Today I got a letter from my trustee stating that I must sell the vehicle as there is no chattel mortgage.
I have the loan documents with the Chattel Mortgage document here at home.
What can I do?

I would definately show him the original documents as well as bank statements that verify you are still paying on the vehicle and hopefully this will resolve the misunderstanding.
