Quebec Law

I got informed on most of the things that I needed, about bancruptcy in Quebec, but I cannot find an answer as to what is the value of a car that may be exempt. I may need to pay to the trustee, but I need to know my information, before I actually go and speak to a trustee, I would like to know all the little things. I am afraid that if that person isnt straight forward, i may find myself in a worse situation than I already am in.

I believe most of your questions will be answered at either Bankruptcy in Montreal or Bankruptcy in Quebec. Obviously meeting with a trustee with a list of all of the questions you want answered is your best option.
