Recent Court Judgment in favour of creditors

Following a court judgment on the creditor’s behalf, can a creditor use the court judgment to recover his debt by such means as selling your home, confiscating your joint bank account, or sell your car which you use as a means of transportation to work, if the creditor was already garnishing your salary and the garnishing ceased because it was superceded by a garnish by Canada Revenue for outstanding taxes?
