One Credit Card During Bankruptcy For Emergency?
Is it somehow possible during bankruptcy to keep one credit card in case of emergency and/or to use when credit cards are a necessity (booking a flight/hotel room, for example)? Thanks.

There are two ways you are able to retain a credit card during bankruptcy. First, if you have a zero balance on the card and are able to get the credit card issuer to write a letter verifying that they are willing to allow you to retain this card during the bankruptcyprocess. The other way is to obtain a secured credit card from an organization like Capital One or Home Trust after you have filed a bankruptcy.
