Bonded Position Affected By Bankruptcy

Due to business failure, I may end up becoming personally bankrupt. If I presently accept a position that requires me to be bonded could a bankruptcy be an issue down the road?

Bonding is a matter of choice for each bonding company, but I believe you would be bondable. To be sure I would contact a bonding agent and ask them if they would be willing to provide a list of requirements that must be satisfied for bonding to take place.
