To be confident everything is completed in time I would suggest you should sign the final papers with your trustee no later than December 30, 2005 @ 12:00 noon, but the trick will be making sure the trustee has all the necessary paper work well in advance of that day. It would be best if you contacted a trustee immediately (click â€œFind a Trusteeâ€ on the left hand side of the page).
