Discharged looking to lease/rent condo.
I have just received my bankruptcy discharge. I am now looking for an apartment /condo to rent/lease. What are my chances of getting this lease? Would it be a smarter idea to get a co-signor with good credit?

As each different has different criteria for acceptance I cannot give you a hard and fast answer. In my experience I have found most landlords have been willing to overlook poor credit if you are able to bring something else to the table (i.e. rock solid references, a co-signor…). I suggest you contact the places you are interested in, be upfront, explain why your credit is the way it is and ask them whether or not this is going to impede the lease process.
