I bought a car two years ago and the value now is higher than 5,000, but I have to pay 400 monthly another 3 years for it (to dealer). Can I keep it?

In a bankruptcy, probably yes, but you should consult with your car dealer and your trustee to determine if you would lose the car in a bankruptcy.
