Is it public record when someone has declared a personal bankruptcy in the past ? Is it possible to find out if someone has ever filed without spending a lot of time and money searching ? I have read an earlier post that you can search for a corporate bankruptcy .I am interested in a personal bankruptcy . thanks good site
