affidavit

ccra has filed incorrect information in the court. The correct information had been sent to the trustee long before the affidavit was filed. I will be representing myself in court. Is it my responsibility to file an objection or is the trustee to do as they screwed up in not providing correct info to ccra? I went bankrupt in Aug 2003

Discuss what is the next logical step with your trustee, you probably won’t even need to attend at court as typically forwarding on your bankruptcy documents will be sufficient to halt any court activity (unless there is something unusual that has taken place i.e. fraudâ€¦).
