force business into Bankrupcy

I was doing some conulting work for a company that now owes me $15,000 and is trying not to pay. They also owe about 75K in outstanding payments and have recievbles of about 20K – they have not paid suppliers for well over 90 days — how can all the suppliers force a bankruptcy before it is to late. In other words, I beleive in 3 – 6 months mosts of the assets will be gone?

A licensed trustee said...

You should contact a lawyer that specializes in commercial insolvency work and ask them to petition the company into bankruptcy on your behalf. This site deals with personal insolvency issues.
