can you sell your house ???

Hello. I would like some information and hopefully you can help.
If I would like to sell our home, the mortagage is in both of our names. If I’m discharged from my bankruptcy and my common-law is not discharged yet,how does that work. Selling seems like are only option because we just can’t afford the payments and we are falling behind. HELP!!!!!

The answer depends on the value of the house, and who is listed on the deed to the house. The answer is also different depending on which province you live in. I suggest you contact your trustee for full details.
