You are required to disclose anyone (everyone) that you owe money to when you file an assignment in bankruptcy, so if you owe and of these people money when you file they will be notified. After that, it is up to them whether or not they want to continue dealing with you. In most cases, the best you can hope for is that they will continue to sell you supplies on a CASH ONLY basis – you aren’t likely to qualify for credit.

Before you decide to file for bankruptcy make certain you discuss these concerns in detail with your trustee.
