credit report

My wife’s name shows up on the credit card statement along with mine. I think they might have issued a supplementary card at some time but it was disposed of and she has never used it. This was never a major concern before. Also, this credit card does not show up on her credit report. If I must file, will it suddenly show up on her credit report?
