Trust Claims
My husband has several claims against him from about 9 years ago. They are for unpaid goods or services stemming from a construction job that he was doing. Although the job was done by his company, he was made responsible for the amounts as a director/officer of the company. Do these claims (court orders) survive a bankruptcy?

The answer will depend on the type of court order that was received and the specific cause of the liability. From your description of the situation it is doubtful that this would survive, but what you will need to do in order to be confident is to bring a copy of the court order and any related documents to a licensed trustee, once they has reviewed this documentation they will be able to provide you with a more concrete answer.
