Status of Bankruptcy if creditor objects
I have had a creditor object to my discharge. Do I require to continue paying surplus income until my court date or should I save this surplus income in case I lose the court challenge. I would assume if I win the court challenge that I should be required to pay these costs to the trustee?

In most cases you are required to pay your surplus income until you are discharged. At the discharge hearing the bankruptcy judge or Registrar will decide what further payments are required, but the safe course of action is to continue making the payments, so that you are not in arrears when you get to court.
I would strongly suggest that you discuss this with your trustee, since they are familiar with your file, and they know why the creditor is objecting, and therefore are in a better position to predict whether or not the creditor’s objection is likely to succeed.
